We welcome affiliates from diverse platforms, including blogs, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media or content creation channels.

2. How It Works

Once you sign up for the program, you will receive a unique affiliate link that you can share with your audience. When someone clicks on your link and makes a purchase, you will earn a commission based on the sale. The commission structure will be outlined in your affiliate account and may vary based on the product or promotion.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a percentage of each sale that is referred through their unique link. The exact commission percentage is outlined in the affiliate dashboard and may be subject to change based on promotional events or special campaigns. Commission rates are paid out based on the value of completed sales and do not include taxes, shipping, or discounts unless otherwise specified.

4. Payment Terms

Commissions will be paid to you on a monthly basis, with payment methods and thresholds defined in your affiliate account. Gazeon uses secure payment platforms, such as PayPal or bank transfers, for commission payouts. Payments will be issued after a 30-day waiting period to account for potential order returns or cancellations.

5. Affiliate Obligations

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Gazeon products honestly and accurately: You are responsible for ensuring that all information shared with your audience is truthful and does not mislead.
• Use your unique affiliate link: Always use the link provided by Gazeon to ensure that referrals are tracked properly.
• Follow applicable laws and guidelines: Ensure your promotional content complies with the law, including FTC guidelines on affiliate marketing, and disclose your affiliate relationship clearly in all posts and content.

6. Prohibited Practices

To maintain a positive and professional relationship, we ask that affiliates refrain from:

• Spamming or misleading advertising: Do not use deceptive methods, such as false claims, clickbait, or excessive repetitive messages.
• Using affiliate links in paid ads: Unless authorized by Gazeon, affiliates may not place affiliate links in paid ads on platforms like Google Ads or social media platforms.
• Self-referral: Affiliates cannot make purchases through their own affiliate links to earn commission.

7. Tracking & Reporting

Affiliates will have access to a dashboard where they can track clicks, sales, and commissions in real-time. Gazeon uses advanced tracking technologies to ensure accurate reporting of referrals. However, Gazeon is not responsible for tracking errors or discrepancies that occur outside of our control, such as browser issues or network failures.

8. Returns & Cancellations

In the event that a customer returns a product or cancels an order, the affiliate will not receive a commission on that transaction. Commission is only earned on completed sales, and returns, cancellations, or refunds will result in adjustments to the affiliate’s earnings.

9. Termination of Affiliate Relationship

Gazeon reserves the right to terminate or suspend an affiliate’s account at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Inactivity or lack of sales activity for an extended period.
• Engaging in unethical or prohibited marketing practices.
• Negative feedback or complaints from customers about the affiliate’s behavior or marketing techniques.

Upon termination, any outstanding commissions owed will be paid out, provided all criteria are met.

10. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Gazeon’s trademarks, logos, and marketing materials for the purpose of promoting the products. This license is revocable and can be terminated at any time. Affiliates must ensure that the use of Gazeon’s intellectual property aligns with our brand guidelines.

11. Modification of Terms

Gazeon reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program at any time. Changes will be communicated to affiliates via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions to stay informed of any updates.

12. Limitation of Liability

Gazeon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the Affiliate Program. Our liability is limited to the total amount of commissions earned by the affiliate.
